Windmill

I was thinking about making some kind of wind powered sculpture, and looking stuff up online, when I came across a video where a guy developed a cool method of making a windmill by sticking metal tape to bicycle wheel spokes. Then, shortly after that, my neighbor was tossing an old bicycle in the trash, and it had one wheel still on it, and that became the impetus of the project.
