The canopy material that came with the Harbor Freight canopy disintegrated after about a year in the elements. I bought a new one, which also only lasted about a year. Not knowing what else to do, I bought another one, which was the same story.
In 2022 I saw an ad for a company that sells used billboard material. Billboards are printed on heavy duty weatherized vinyl. I figured I could fashion a replacement canopy from one. It’s 2026 as of this writing, and it's showing signs of wear, but still going strong.
